By placing an order with us you will agree to have read, understood and are bound by the following terms and conditions. Nothing in the forgoing Terms and Conditions will affect your Statutory Rights.

Product availability

 

All items are subject to availability. If an item or a size in is sold out we will remove it from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, order the product in where possible or give you a full refund if we are unable to fullfil your order.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Gift Vouchers may be purchased on-line or in store. Currently they can only be spent in our store at 117 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 4EQ. Gift vouchers are non-returnable nor refundable and cannot be purchased at a discount at any time.

 

Payment

 

Ooh! Ruby Shoes uses Sage Pay as a payment provider to ensure private information and credit card details are transmitted securely through the internet. At no point do Ooh! Ruby Shoes Limited store or have access to your credit card or security number (last three digits on the back of your card).

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Electron. We also welcome sales over the telephone. Please call +44 131 229 6909. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

We aim to despatch orders placed through www.oohrubyshoes.co.uk  within three business days of ordering, subject to availability.

Deliveries in the UK are by Registered 1st Class Mail or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery £2.95 - socks, gift vouchers etc. £4.95 - shoes, £8.95 - boots £19.95

Deliveries in Europe are by Airsure £15 -socks, gift vouchers etc.& shoes £15 Boots £35

Deliveries to Rest of the World are by International Signed For. Socks, gift vouchers etc.Shoes £20 Boots £50. We reserve the right to use alternative methods of delivery where necessary. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will not be held responsible for delay of any delivery.

Returns for online purchases

 

Refunds

 

At Ooh! Ruby Shoes we understand that shopping for footwear online can be difficult as sizes and fit varies between designers and styles. 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return the goods we can offer an exchange or a refund. We can only accept returned goods if they are unworn and labels intact, in a perfect saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase from the Ooh! Ruby Shoes website. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent these conditions have not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 

To arrange a return you must send an email to info@oohrubyshoes.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will issue you a Returns Number to write on the parcel. Goods will not be accepted without this Returns Number and should accompany the goods which must be returned within 7 days.

If returns have are received between 8-10 days we can only offer an exchange, and only if the conditions of return have been met as stated above. 

 

Exchanges

 

An exchange can only be made by phoning Customer Services +44 131 229 6909. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding an exchange in size so that we can reserve it for you if available. The original item must be returned to us first and will be refunded against the value of the new item, only when the balance is paid can the new order be dispatched. There is no additional postage cost on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will carry delivery charges.

All returns will be at the discretion of Ooh! Ruby Shoes. Postage will only be refunded if the item is deemed faulty.

You are responsible for insuring returned goods and we recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order from Ooh! Ruby Shoes you must phone or email us within 24 hours. Tel. +44 131 229 6909 info@oohrubyshoes.co.uk Please have all your order details to hand and quote your order number in your email.
If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will refund the cost of the goods on their return.

 

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website and these Terms and Conditions or any part of them without notice and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Orders for products will be subject to the current Terms and Conditions posted on the Website. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

 

Governing law

 

These Terms and Conditions and any contract for the sale of products through the Website are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. By your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
